Elders

Dave Smith

Lead Elder

Dave has been an elder at The Vineyard Life Church since November 2015 and became Lead Elder in May 2017. He is married to Kezi and they have 3 children. He was a secondary PE teacher for 10 years before joining the full time staff in September 2016.

Bob Kimmerling

Elder

Bob is married to Enid and they have been worshipping in Richmond since 1980. They have two grown up children and have been in church leadership for 30 years.

Andrew Brand

Elder

Andrew worked in the City for many years
before moving to an algorithmic trading firm
in the FinTech industry. Andrew was appointed
as an elder in June 2021. He is married to
Rachel and they have three grown up children.

Paul McArdle

Elder

Paul works in Financial Services in London,
and has been a member of the church since
2018 and was appointed as an elder in June
2021. He is married to Belinda and they have
four grown up children.

Simon Virgo

Elder

Simon was appointed as an elder in June 2021. He is married to Caroline and they have three children. Simon works as a part-time teacher and is also employed by the church as a part-time teaching pastor.
